When I began my search for a new vehicle I hadn't initially considered Emich Chevrolet but I am very glad that I just happened to look at a car during an online search that Emmett Chevrolet had. If you choose to do business with Emich do not use sails consultant Marc Taylor. I reached out to Emich and Marc is who contacted me back, I explained what I am trying to do to trade into a vehicle. The conversation was normal at first, and then come to find out the deal could not be done. This would be ok if he would have left it at that, or offered a different vehicle or something if that nature. Marc is unprofessional instead of asking if he could help in any other way instead he decided he would make a smart alic comment regarding the 10k I would be upside down in my car and asked if I would be putting the 10k as a down payment. Marc could have said that car won't work for you or we have other options or just left it at sorry we can't help you but he decided not to say that. I refuse to do business with a company who will not do it's best to earn a person's business to me that means they do not value the customer. If anyone from Emich Chevrolet is reading this I would fire this guy and start looking into how your sales staff conduct business and represent you as a company. More
