lifetime GM customer and this is the worst customer service I have encountered. The process of leasing both of my vehicles had been inconvenient processes. They entered my birthday wrong on my disc service I have encountered. The process of leasing both of my vehicles had been inconvenient processes. They entered my birthday wrong on my discount code and spent a whole day telling me it was an error on my side. Instead of saying, there is an error/ we'll look into it and get back to you if you need to do anything on your end, they took up my whole day texting/calling me while I was at work to have me check what I entered. On my first lease, they had me fill out all the paperwork and signed on the monthly payment and then when I came to pick it up, they told me they forgot to add in some charges and the monthly rate was going to be higher. They are either overly communicative and have no respect for your time and when there is an issue, they are unreachable. Israel/Austin were good to deal with, but their hands were tied with lack of management. Will not do business with Emich in the future. More

Scott was such a great help getting us our SRT8 Jeep. We had been going back and forth for about a week, and when it was ready, we were his first call.
