We purchased the car there via the internet, essentially sight unseen. When we went to get it, they let us take it home for the weekend, about an hour away, before signing any papers. Whenever it needs regular service, we email Ray, our salesman and he sets up an appt with service for us, then he drives here (~1hour) to pick up the car in our driveway and leave us a loaner. This dealership bent over backwards to find me the car that I wanted, going to another state to get the color that I asked for. I was referred to this dealer by AAA's Vehicle Purchasing Service (I highly recommend this service if you have AAA. They have pre-screened dealers and negotiated discounted prices for their members). Vinnie Goulette is a sales manager, and by phone he immediately offered me a very good no-haggle price, a better value than anything I had seen on the internet. Very friendly, quick, clean efficient transaction. The only sticky point was an additional $189 "document processing" charge that the dealer admitted was simply extra profit. To be fair, I was told of this fee in advance, but I was led to believe that it was for state fees. We ended up paying the extra fee because the sales price on the vehicle was so reasonable. I can highly recommend this dealer and would definitely purchase from them again in the future. More
