He was very knowledgeable about different features on the various models and showed me several Prius models before we took a test drive and decided on a vehicle. His manager was very willing to work with us on pricing and we negotiated an additional feature. I highly recommend these guys. They are courteous, patient professionals and they made my first car buying experience smooth and enjoyable. More

I wasn't sure I would get the good treatment I was used to back in Connecticut. I was surprised the attention they gave me. They went above and beyond my expectations in tracking down my Maintenance Agreement so that I could continue getting the maintenance for which I had already paid. Staff was also very pleasant and courteous while doing that. The whole thing didn't cost me a dime. More

They refused to give a car fax until after purchase of the vehicle at my expense of 39.99$. All they care about is making a profit. They could care less about the reputation they give themselves with their lies and deceit to the elderly. Shame shame. Wouldn't recommend to my biggest and worst enemy. No one deserves to go through the anguish they've put our family through. This vehicle was supposed to last my mom the rest of her driving career that she has left and all it's brought is the biggest stress no one deserves to endure all because no one here has done their job. Dispicable , unprofessional , decietful, lack responsibility and lack of ability to tell the truth. Do not buy from here. Paul Allard gave us the first no hassle, pleasant, simple and easy car sales experience in our lives from beginning to end. Paul was honest, low key, and straightforward. Everything we agreed upon was honore and easy car sales experience in our lives from beginning to end. Paul was honest, low key, and straightforward. Everything we agreed upon was honored including a very, very good price for a new Prius. He patiently answered all of our questions. This car has brand new technology for us and we needed to get correct information - and we did. My wife also dealt with Paul on hers own and she was pleased to be treated better than she has ever been by any other sales rep in the past. There was no gender discrimination, something she has encountered far too much from other dealerships. To add to this, Paul took the initiative to get me out of a tough spot. When I took my wife to pick up the car I forgot to get her key for our old Toyota that we came in. I could not reach her cell phone so I was stuck. Without being asked to help, Paul used our VIN number to cut a new key -- without any charge -- allowing me to get on the road within a few minutes. Had I had to wait until my wife got to work to reach her that would have taken an hour just to find out there was a problem. It would have a meant a lost morning for both of us. I also spoke with Dan Caron in Finance. He was extremely helpful, sharp, well informed, and pleasant to deal with. There was no pressure, he just politely and patiently answered my questioned. Until now, I have never had such a good experience buying a car and I have bought several in my life. This was unprecedented both for myself and for my wife. I do not know if everyone else at Emerson Toyota in Auburn would have treated us so exceptionally well. I can say that from this one experience that I highly recommend this salesperson and dealership. They not only met but considerably exceeded my expectations. Everyone there seemed friendly, but thats how they are trained to sell cars. After driving off the lot with a broken cd player and Mr. Allard putting off the fix until after the warranty (30 measly days) trained to sell cars. After driving off the lot with a broken cd player and Mr. Allard putting off the fix until after the warranty (30 measly days) expired, now 1 month past warranty expiration, I am finding myself with having to replace brakes, rotors, calipers, and I still have a broken cd player. They only detailed, cleaned, and put new tires on the car. They did not service, or replace ware items. Typically i would expect a dealership to fully service a vehicle prior to putting it back onto the lot. ( fluid changes, new rotors, pads and at least check the operation of the caliper-which two of mine are seized and now have to be replaced along with pads all around and new rotors.) Expect to drive off the lot and have to replace ware items. More

He put me in touch with Paul Allard who was attentive, listened and did exactly what I asked and responded to me exactly as he had promised. They didn't have the color I wanted in stock so they are even absorbing the expense of going to trade the truck for the one I really want. I live in Saco and can assure you that if their service department is half as good as their sales department I will not be doing my service at Prime down the road, I will definitely be making the trek to Auburn for my routine maintenence.
