Now just have to deal with the insurance companies that are rating KIA and Hyundai as high risk and either not insuring them, or giving outrageous rates, but that's not within the dealers control. Their service department is absolutely horrible. They are rude and they lie right to your face. I have to get an oil consumption test because my car A 2017 Sonata is burning oil and BOTH times they They are rude and they lie right to your face. I have to get an oil consumption test because my car A 2017 Sonata is burning oil and BOTH times they said they had to jump my car because the battery is dead. There is nothing wrong with my battery. They have had to add over a quart of oil every 1,000 miles and they say there is nothing wrong the car. They say it is well within the industry standards that it burns that much oil in a month I have been “helped” by Erica. (Very rude and condescending). Be aware and look at reviews of the people handling your vehicle. I only brought it here for convenience, and I made a HUGE mistake. Elyria Hyundai service department is horrible. More
