I had made a decision to purchase a new vehicle and as I had had a very good experience a few years ago with Elyria Hyundai I decided to try them again. I was approached by a young lady by the name of Brittany Beck and as they say the rest is history. I purchased a Tucson hybrid. Excellent service. Brittany Beck was our sales consultant. We live over two hours from the dealership so we mostly texted. Brittany was very pleasant to work with. Even though she is a new sales person she got us the information we need for us to purchase our new vehicle. Brian was very patient, informative and helpful when it came to purchasing my car. He reached out to me shortly after one of the cars I was looking at sold.
