We had an amazing experience at Elyria Hyundai. Our salesman was Mr. M. Jackson, and he was incredible. We did not feel pressured into any particular vehicle, he was very knowledgeable on vehicles, Our salesman was Mr. M. Jackson, and he was incredible. We did not feel pressured into any particular vehicle, he was very knowledgeable on vehicles, features, and operation of cars of various years, makes, and models. We didn’t not feel pressured into anything. He checked his bias at the door, which was greatly appreciated by my wife and I. We aren’t from around here so we were nervous, but our nerves were almost immediately cast away. 10/10 experience from the team at Elyria Hyundai. I wish more dealerships and salesmen were like Mr. M. Jackson. More

This was my first time buying a car and I had the absolute pleasure of getting to work with Michael Jackson. He did a great job with all of the questions I had, he actually listened to me about what absolute pleasure of getting to work with Michael Jackson. The inventory available was good. Lots of choices. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable but never pushy or annoying. Answered questions and found answers as needed. This dealer did a marvelous job under difficult circumstances. We had a problem that was unavoidable, but Grant kept in constant contact with me until the problem was resolved. Jim was one of the best car salesman’s I have worked with in my process of looking for a vehicle. He explored all possible options of multiple vehicle models with me and even made sure that I was aware of di in my process of looking for a vehicle. He explained all manuals and features of each model and was very knowledgeable. Negotiations and Paperwork also went very smoothly with Jim. He’s very transparent and is willing to work with you and fight for you for your best interests and price range. He makes sure you are well cared for and heard as a person. He even took care of the cleaning of my car and made sure all processes such as manual and Bluelink were set up for me before departing on that first drive home. I definitely will be returning to work with Jim in the future! More
