I actually went with my friend when she purchased a car from Jason. Before we traveled there to get her car, I found out about a Santa Fe that had my name written all over it. Because they gave her such a from Jason. Before we traveled there to get her car, I found out about a Santa Fe that had my name written all over it. Because they gave her such a great deal and were so friendly, I decided this would be the place to earn my business. Unfortunately, my Santa Fe was on a test drive for the day :( Lucky for me, the people driving it didn't take it. Jason let me know that my car was still available and he did everything over the phone with me. He even met me half way with my Santa Fe because I am 2 hours from the dealer. Jason has a winning personality and he is so easy to work with. If you need a car, I highly recommend going to see Jason for it :) More

I Have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. Drove over an hour to this dealer as they were recommended by family. Had a very pleasant experience. Did a LOT of research up-front and told them exactly what I had to put down, exactly what I wanted to finance and they made it happen, TWICE. Dealt with Jason, Joe and Tom. Bought a 2012 Elantra and couldn't be happier with the car. Took what they had on the lot to make the deal happen (dealers often are more eager to move stock than go out and find a particular color). Not wild about the color but the car is fantastic. I drive 130 miles round trip to work and this car is a dream. Was so impressed my wife and I came back 2 months later to purchase a 2012 Santa Fe. We had been to a couple dozen dealers looking at every crossover SUV imaginable (Equinox, Traverse, Edge, Murano, and on and on) and we found about 2 that would sell for exactly what we wanted to pay. One was a Ford Edge and the other was a Kia Sorento. Of those two only the Kia actually had all the features we were after (V6, AWD and Bluetooth). However the seat in the Kia was awful so it was out. The Edge was only FWD so it was out as well. No one else would deal for the price we were after. No one except Elyria Hyundai. Granted, it took a little bit to get there. A month went by and Jason calls back with some new incentives that put us closer to the mark. They came down the rest of the way (took some doing) and hit exactly what we wanted to pay for a V6 AWD Santa Fe. They even threw in a wheel and tire warranty (doesn't sound like much, until you break a wheel curbing it and realize neither the manufacturer nor the extended cover it). They went and found the exterior/interior color combo my wife wanted and it only took them a couple of days. They even managed to find one with a couple of bonus features like roof rack cross rails and auto-dimming mirror. Anyone reading that can sit there and say, "HA! Every dealer will make you feel like it is very difficult for them to hit the price..." however I am not so pompous as to walk in and expect them to sell me a car for what they paid for it (or less). They have to make money too or they wouldn't be in business. I did a LOT of research on both vehicles and knew what I could expect to pay and they met my expectations, in the case of the Santa Fe they beat my expectations considerably. We had a set budget and when we were shopping around we knew we were shopping a little out of our budget in a lot of cases so we weren't surprised when most dealers couldn't make it happen. Truth be told the Santa Fe was just outside our budget as well. These guys were determined to make it happen and they did. Sometimes it is about how one is treated. Again, I have nothing but good things to say about this dealership. I would definitely come back here for my next car. More
Firstly, Chris Giermann, the salesperson we worked with, is terrific. He is extremely friendly and courteous. He found the car we wanted in a nearby state. Christopher answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely mannner. In addition to price quotes, Chris sent me online reviews and handwritten articles why the Hyundai would benefit me. Once I arrived to Elyria Hyundai, Christopher was extremely patient and respected my time and schedule, even offered refreshments! After my test drive manager (Tom) introduced himself and was very respectful. I was very impressed with the customer service and professional atmosphere Elyria Hyundai provided. Inquired online about a 2009 Hyundai VeraCruz. The next morning I had an email and call from Chris telling me that the car was available and ready for showing. Chris Giermann was the employee I worked with and from the very beginning, he was patient and really listened to what I was looking for in a car while on a budget. His knowledge about the Hyundai brand was impressive, and his honesty and understanding when I asked questions was refreshing. He worked hard to get me the best deal within my (very) limited budget, and was great with follow up. I live 2 1/2 hours out of the area, and he is so dedicated that he drove the car out to me at my convenience! When we signed the papers, he was, again, very informative and patient. Even after the papers have been signed, he is going above and beyond by helping me set up certain features in my 2012 Sonata! I recommend this dealership, and specifically Chris Giermann to anyone interested in a trustworthy dealership. More
I have leased a Hyundai, owned a Hyundai, and am now in the process of leasing again a 2012 Hyundai Sonata. This is the first time I have ever felt truly excited about getting a new car! I have always found the process to be extremely daunting as a single woman. Jason Yankowski is the first Salesperson that I have dealt with that does not make me feel confused or mistrusting. His straightforward, no-nonsense approach is refreshing. He is honest and friendly but above all, very knowlegeable in knowing his product inside and out. I feel confident and excited about my purchase; not "taken" as I might have in the past. It is a wonderful feeling to be able to make a decision on this purchase "all by myself". Thanks to Jason, I am not dreading this decision nor do I have "new byers remorse". He walked me through this and assured me that it would work in my favor; and it did. I love the Hyundai products and the bonus is, I have a Salesperson I can highly recommend!!! More
