We had an amazing experience at Elyria Hyundai. Our salesman was Mr. M. Jackson, and he was incredible. We did not feel pressured into any particular vehicle, he was very knowledgeable on vehicles, Our salesman was Mr. M. Jackson, and he was incredible. We did not feel pressured into any particular vehicle, he was very knowledgeable on vehicles, features, and operation of cars of various years, makes, and models. We didn’t not feel pressured into anything. He checked his bias at the door, which was greatly appreciated by my wife and I. We aren’t from around here so we were nervous, but our nerves were almost immediately cast away. 10/10 experience from the team at Elyria Hyundai. I wish more dealerships and salesmen were like Mr. M. Jackson. More

This was my first time buying a car and I had the absolute pleasure of getting to work with Michael Jackson. He did a great job with all of the questions I had, he actually listened to me about what absolute pleasure of getting to work with Michael Jackson. The inventory available was good. Lots of choices. The salesperson was friendly, knowledgeable but never pushy or annoying. Answered questions and found answers as needed. This dealer did a marvelous job under difficult circumstances. We had a problem that was unavoidable, but Grant kept in constant contact with me until the problem was resolved.
