They're all polite, professional, and the facility itself is very accommodating to customers with a nice area to sit and have coffee while you wait for your vehicle etc. Even as a repeat customer, they always take the time to explain everything carefully. They're also not overly aggressive or pushy and that is very nice when you're making a big decision that will cost a lot of money. I think they have a great service department there as well, I've never had a negative experience with them either. More
