Monday (after the Easter Holiday) I drove away with a brand new Challenger. I had visited A different dealership prior so I knew what I wanted and Marcio didnt mess around. Elmwood has been the best dealership I have used since my first car at Mandeville Chevy way back in 1999...Then I switched to a Dodge and Im so glad Elmwood Dodge Knows their stuff. A few hours later, I came back to the dealership to pick up my new Jeep. Great experience every step of the way! Richard, Mark Waters, and Vinny Asermely were professional, courteous, and friendly. I left the dealership feeling like i had just purchased a vehicle from friends that I have known for years. They made the entire process hassle free, and were all grateful and thankful for my business. I hope to drive this Jeep for years to come, but I will return to work with Richard, Vinny, and Mark in the future, and will refer anyone who will listen. More

Inaccurate To start, dealership did not honor the $50 test drive incentive. Beyond that, went to see 2018 GC lease deals available on the website. Once done with the test drive, was then told that the lease deal ended earlier that day and no longer available. We then discussed 2019 models. I wanted a specific color that was not available in their inventory, as seen when I was on the website prior to arrival. I was then told that the color I wanted was not at all available on the GC model at all. Having done my research, I knew this to be completely false. I was able to say all of the various trim levels that the specific color was available on through Jeep.com, which the salesperson seemed surprised by. He quickly reiterated that I was wrong. I quickly left the dealership as a result. At best, the salesperson is not knowledgeable about the product he is selling. At worst, the dealer/salesperson employed a "bait and switch" approach to get me to only look at vehicles in their inventory. More

Only issue we had was the registration - error on paperwork delayed it for a week, but Jose stayed on top of it to Working with Jose & Noel was great. I responded to an email from the manager of the dealership, stating I was not pleased that the registration was taking so long and while I did not receive a response, I'm sure that my concerns were addressed behind the scenes. This is our second purchase from Elmwood, both times we had registration issues, but other than that, I would recommend the sales & finance team at Elmwood and will continue doing business with them. More
