He only wanted to provide me with exactly what I was looking for, and he worked extremely hard to find that for me. I could not have asked for any better service from anyone. Mike was especially helpful in showing extreme initiative in making sure all my insurance documents were in place prior to my vehicle pickup. This was completely unexpected and very much appreciated.
