Came in a few months ago looking to get into something that would lower my car payment. Rebecca Medeiros helped me tremendously! Was able to get my payment from $590 down to $395. I’ve heard good things about this dealership and was even recommended by a close friend of mine but I recently had the worst experience with the internet sales rep (Rebecca). I reached out to her through her recommended by a close friend of mine but I recently had the worst experience with the internet sales rep (Rebecca). I reached out to her through her profile for a call back and she was very rude on the phone, it almost seemed as though she did not want to assist me or was simply having a bad day. I called to make a complaint but no one ever reached out to me regarding the upsetting experience I had with her. I was still very interested in purchasing a vehicle but since I never received a call back, I am going to shop elsewhere. I strongly recommend hiring people that are actually helpful and not sounding like they are forced to work. More
