At the point of taking delivery, Wayne explained all the new features in my truck, both Ben, and Mark, came out to thank me for my purchase and congratulate me. I felt truly valued as a customer, I felt like I was treated fairly (very important in this market) and I feel like I can have a good, open dialogue about what I want and what they can do for me and trust that they are being honest and straightforward.
