This dealer was easy to find in East Providence, and they had a very nice salesman and business manager. The vehicle purchased was just a year old so not much dealer prep was needed. They did perform a quick shampoo of the seats for me which successfully removed all stained areas. Cracked windshield was allowed for me to have repaired near my NH home so I could purchase and drive the truck home that same day. Missing spare key was diligently sought by the salesman (Justin) over a three week period following the sale, and was finally provided by the prior owner. The only thing I can suggest for Elmwood is they make it a point to retrieve the spare keys upon taking possession of trade-ins. Internet department, although requested, did not communicate well on timely status of vehicle availability. Great communication during and after the sale by Justin. More
