My husband is already a member of the Elmwood family. It was not a difficult decision to join him. I wanted to stop leasing and finally buy a Jeep outright. This was a tough decision, as everyone knows, leasing is usually less expensive. I was concerned, what about coverage when the warranty runs out? Will owning be a nightmare? My husband's salesperson, Marcio, took time to sit with me and talk about leasing versus owning and had my current Jeep appraised immediately. Then he gave me the initial options and let me have time to think. No pressure. I had time to do my homework. It did not take long to decide, their advice was solid. Yes, I checked out pricing on my own and financing on my own to compare... Elmwood was right in line with what I found on my own. SERVICE makes the difference... the staff is the difference. When I gave the green light, Marcio immediately got the ball rolling, a replacement Jeep was ordered and like Marcio said it was only a couple of months wait. When it came to money, Vinny really did a great job with the financing that was tailored to my budget. He even worked with me to get the extra warranties; the dealership does get some perks! He searched a few lenders for me so I could compare to my bank. When it came time to deliver, I was in and out in less than an hour, stellar service. They are kind, considerate, knowledgeable and fast. They have seen it all, so they really can help when you need it most. I did not think that I would ever be able to stop leasing. Marcio and Vinny showed me just how easy it can be. I did have due diligence on my part, but it worked out well for me. I gave them my budget; Marcio went over each option 1 by 1 (what I absolutely needed) and then we looked at some things that I wanted. When you order a car, they can show you every single scenario and work until you have what you need and some if not all of what you want. They don't try to push you out of your comfort zone, no pressure. They are realistic. I felt in control and at ease. I made the choices without stress. You need a dealership that actually cares about you. They listened and they came through for me. The dealership is clean and neat/professional looking. The service department always does a great job for my husband so I know they will take good care of my new Jeep. Nice waiting area, TV, snacks, coffee drinks. (Not mandatory for me but nice still) I always get greeted with a smile and a HOW ARE YA by ALL the staff. Everyone at Elmwood makes you feel at home. It's a place that I don't mind waiting at while my vehicle is serviced. They really are that nice, it's a great family here. If you want a deal that is not pressure ladened, that is straight forward... no marinating while the salesman is with the finance manager... no back and forth haggling, this is a great place to purchase or lease a vehicle. I would say, do your homework first- know what you want, your exact drop-dead price and do check out financing outside the dealership... then head on in and chat with their sales staff... Marcio is a great salesperson.... and then go see Vinny. Seriously, everyone there is great so just get there.... Your car is waiting for you! More
