Before I even stepped foot into Elmwood, I communicated via emails with the Internet Sales Manager. I was a little skeptical at first, but James reassured me that he had everything under control and he was a man of his word. On a seperate occassion, I had to bring my car in to get serviced and the staff was friendly. The waiting room was clean and kid-friendly since I have a toddler with me at the time. I feel betrayed by this dealer. I bought an Acura MDX from this dealer and he sold the car with a 30 day warranty. The warranty never mentions that the car has to be fixed at the dealer. I took the car t from this dealer and he sold the car with a 30 day warranty. The warranty never mentions that the car has to be fixed at the dealer. I took the car to an Acura dealer because my trunk would not open and he fixed it and also told me that the transmission fluid in the rear differential for the 4 wheel drive was wrong or curropted. The wipers (front and back) on the car were after market as well. Overall I had to pay $400 to get the car fixed within 8 days of my purchase. Needless to say that the dodge dealer refused to pay for the fixes. I would strongly recommend not buying a car from this dealer, but if you do end up buying a used car, get it independently inspected before buying and confirm the warranty explicitly with the salesperson and the manager. After you buy the car, the people suddenly turn hostile and are extremely rude. If you are considering a car that you see online, I would strongly recommend finding it some place else, rather than buy at this dealer. I feel robbed after dealing with these people. More

I bought a Jeep Wrangler Sahara back at the end of February. Like a lot of people I was a bit leery about dealing with a car salesman and had held off a bit on buying a new vehicle because I didn't w February. I went to Elmwood and dealt with James Bray and not only was he super friendly and funny he took care of my needs. Even after the purchase I had a couple minor issues and it was a non event. I didn't feel the least bit like they just wanted to make the sale and leave me hanging after the fact. I would definitely recommend Elmwood and James to my family and friends. After the purchase I spoke to my dad about the experience and he said he had bought a car there years and years ago and had the same experience. More
This is the fifth vehicle I have purchased or leased from Elmwood Dodge - specifically Richard Miranda. The reason for my recent purchase was due to the end of the lease on my previous vehicle. I previously leased a 2008 Dodge Grand Caravan from Richard Miranda. On a return trip from Florida this April, the car broke down in South Carolina. The cost to me to repair the vehicle was $649.00. Upon my return and speaking with the service manager at Elmwood Dodge, Jim Verdoia, he advised me that had the incident happened in Rhode Island, he would have repaired the vehicle for me at no charge. He is currently diligently working with me to have my money refunded. I have never in all the years I have done business with these two gentleman had a negative experience. They are both courteous, professional and attentive to my needs. I would highly recommend this dealer. More
My 2000 Dodge Caravan was getting tired. I wanted a new 2010 Dodge Caravan. My salesman James was excellent. I tried out a couple of new Caravans, James was very patient with me, they made a great offer on 2010 Dodge Caravan. My salesman James was excellent. I tried out a couple of new Caravans, James was very patient with me, they made a great offer on my 2000 Caravan and with a little paperwork, and 2 days later I was on my way with a new shiny gold Caravan. I have been very happy with the new purchase, and the service department is excellent. They are all very friendly, great work, and very quick. When I go there for oil changes, I always say hi to James, he's always there with a smile on his face. This is my second purchase from Elmwood Dodge. I would highly reccommend them to everyone. More
I had really good experience at Elmwood Dodge recently. I bought a 2007 Honda Odyssey for a great price (I had done some research comparing prices for others in the area). The dealer had taken this van in trade and put in new brakes, new tires and a few other little things. I was impressed by how quickly and efficiently everything got taken care of from when we first looked at the van to when we drove away with it – less than 2 days! There was one inside trim piece missing on the first day and I asked if they could order it for us (thinking we'd have to come back a week or more later). The next day, when we came to pick up the van, they had already installed the trim piece - and DIDN'T EVEN charge us for it! The staff was friendly and the owner even met with us and helped out a bit. He seemed really nice too. They took care of everything and I'm thrilled with the van. One of the best things about this experience was that there was no pressure - I didn't feel like they were trying to "up-sell" me. They offered the warranty, of course, but there was no pressure about it. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone who wants a fair deal with no hassle. More
