Awful awful awful! Stay away! Had my car towed three times in one month and problem still wasn't fixed! Picked it up to bring it elsewhere and there was TRASH in my car that was NOT mine. I wanted an after market sunroof and Richard Miranda put me on the phone with the person that puts them in, so I could feel assured of price and what I received was what I wanted. Relaxed and happy I left the lot on a Sunday and first thing in the AM all was settled. I picked up my car today with the new sunroof and everything was as promised.
