I walked into elmwood, to buy a new jeep. boyfriend wanted a Jeep Wrangler, so we wasted our time at other dealerships, it wasn’t until I called Elmwood that we were finally able to make a purchase we were both happy with. I can truly say that they are a class act. They always make the purchase as smooth as can be. Mike was approachable and made sure to communicate our needs and desired payment. We were attended to, able to take the the car on a test drive, and agree on a price in less than 30 minutes. Mike reviewed the carfax and had the car ready the very next day. Everyone at Elmwood that we came into contact with was kind, and accommodating. Good experience at Elmwood dodge I highly recommend Ronald if you do stop in. He was easy going, patient and honest. I even got to test drive my ram before I made any final decisions. This place is one of the best dealers I've been to and they are nice and seem to enjoy what they do which is important. I appreciate how fast I was greeted. Don't usually do reviews but this experience at Elwood dodge was easier than other places. I spent less than 2 hours total at the dealership from first walking. There was no pointless waiting around.
