Vincent is very professional obtaining financing that is commensurate with a credit rating and affordable within a budget. I've been trading in and buying new cars/SUVs for a number of years with Elmwood and I'll never go anywhere else for a vehicle. The Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep high performance line has always been something that I've appreciated but what will keep me loyal is Elmwood. One of the biggest fears of buying a vehicle is what happens if there's a problem. From my experience, Elmwood will make right. This place is the best! BTW... I've mentioned some of the people I work with directly but the entire Elmwood staff is a top notch customer service group. Friendly, professional and considerate. More

Noel was very good to work with and treated me well as a customer - and did not try to b.s. me. I would have liked to see some better incentive for being a returning customer, having bought my previous customer - and did not try to b.s. me. EVERY dealership that advertises pricing shows numbers based on incentives that most customers will not benefit from. I continue to be angry and frustrated that the ADVERTISED price for my car on the day I bought it, was $1500 less than the price I actually had to pay, despite being a returning customer with excellent credit. If I was a military veteran turning over a lease, I would have gotten the price advertised. Elmwood's web site at least has a disclaimer posted very visibly instead of in fine print, unlike some competitors. I shopped around extensively, and the price I got at Elmwood was definitely the best deal that I found. More
