When I arrived for the first time at the dealership I was greeted by a smiling welcoming salesman named Richard Miranda who was professionally dressed. Dennis provided information on the service and preperation on the m/v, Vinny process the finances with finess and Jay followed-up to make sure I was satisfied. On the day of delivery the m/v was washed and clean. Richard would not allow me to leave until he provided his on land lessons on the equiptment of the m/v. Overall it was a grat EXPERIENCE!!!!!!!!! Their efforts and honesty is something that I've never seen in my 30 plus years of purchasing vehicles. This was my first lease, and the only thing I regret was not doing it sooner and learning of Elmwood Dodge until now . Ben (the General Manager I assume) and Team (Mark Watters was my salesman) took all my leasing fears away by showing me EVERYTHING. No hidden costs, "bait and switch" etc..... I had the greatest experience at Elmwood. Sherman Jones was an excellent caring sales rep, who took the time to understand what I needed, and found the truck I wanted right off the bat. No. More than that, I feel as I got to meet and work with a whole family, who are dedicated to making me feel at home. The care didn't disappear when I drove off the lot either. I needed a slight alignment after driving it on the highway, it was so slight, but there car care took care of it free of charge. Submitted a request through Truecar.com and James Bray called me within a half hour with the list of Jeeps they had in stock. Elmwoods Truecar price was $1000 higher than another competitive but they actu called me within a half hour with the list of Jeeps they had in stock. Elmwoods Truecar price was $1000 higher than another competitive but they actually beat the competitors lower price by $600!! Same car!!
