Treat You Like Family I called the dealership before heading over to schedule a test drive. When I arrived the car I requested was washed and waiting. I drove the car and liked it but I wasn't in a rush to buy. I had the privilege of meeting Sherman Jones and after looking at one more model I forgot why I was there. Sherman is so friendly and he never tried to get me to buy more than I was comfortable with. I was 100% relaxed and ENJOYED buying a car from him.This place is not your typical car dealership. They are a family business and treat employees and customers like family too. I did my homework on price, incentives, etc. and they worked really hard to make a deal with me and find additional incentives to get the price where I needed it to be. Best Experience Buying a car has always been a dreadful experience. You walk on the lot, feel like you are being attacked by a bunch of sales reps and it turns into y Buying a car has always been a dreadful experience. You walk on the lot, feel like you are being attacked by a bunch of sales reps and it turns into you vs them. Then if you do decide to purchase a car, you go into the dreadful office and feel uneasy with the finance person. That experience is the complete opposite of what I had at Elmwood. My sales rep Richard Miranda put me at ease the moment I met him. He actually listened to what I wanted and he made me feel like he was not just about getting the sale but actually cared that I walked away with what I was looking for. He was by far the best sales man that I have ever dealt with. After test driving one car, (I did my research before going), I decided to purchase the car. This is when I met Vinnie. I cannot say enough amazing things about him. He took over the great experience that I already had with Richard and continued to make me feel at ease. He was so helpful and at the end of the whole process, I ended up with my perfect car at the price that I could afford. I will not deal with another dealership again. Elmwood has a customer for life. Richard and Vinnie are a great team and I will tell everyone I know who is looking to purchase a car to go to Elmwood. I cannot thank you enough Richard and Vinnie. More

Incompetent I made an appointment to have my water pump replaced because it was making a squeaking sound. When I picked up the vehicle, it overheated after drivin I made an appointment to have my water pump replaced because it was making a squeaking sound. When I picked up the vehicle, it overheated after driving less than one mile. I waited over an hour for a tow back to the dealership. I was told that they neglected to attach the hose properly, it disconnected and all the antifreeze leaked out. The "fixed" it and washed off the engine for me. I drove less than a mile again and the coolant temp began to rise so I drove it back. They assured me everything was fine. On my way home from work that same day, my heat no longer worked. When I called to tell Mike, he said that luckily that problem would have nothing to do with what they did today. I know that the heat is affected by lack of coolant levels. I think he assumed that being a female, I would have no clue. I don't trust this place, their quality of service, and I would not go there if I was paid to use them. When I was waiting for my vehicle, another woman in the waiting area said she was also untrusting of the service, but did not know another dealership she should go to. I for one will not be back. More
