This visit would be my second visit for seeking the purchase of a new car, and once again i had resulted in success with the most satisfaction. Iv dealt with Rich for a number of years now through 4 vehicle lease / purchases, and he continues to show what a true professional he is every time. This particular purchase was for my daughters first v vehicle lease / purchases, and he continues to show what a true professional he is every time. This particular purchase was for my daughters first vehicle that would be hers alone. I was very proud of the way she worked through the decision making process to be as practical as possible. This process for my daughter took approx. a week. During this time Rich worked with us sharing different ideas as to what might suit our needs and at the same time putting no pressure on us to make a rushed decision. Finally when a decision was made she/we were confident it was the right one. On the original Saturday that we worked with Rich for a good part of the day including negotiations my daughter was present for all. When we left she commented on how much she enjoyed dealing with Rich during the process. Rich's demeanor allows one to feel comfortable enough to take care of the business at hand but still be able to enjoy a laugh during the process. On the other side of the purchase was Vinnie in the financing office, another true professional, who was as patient as Rich, explained all options, and was straight forward and honest. Vinnie worked to obtain a great financing rate for us at the term we were looking for. This solidified the experience. Vinnie was keenly aware of how much every dollar counts for a young women who will be eventually assuming the payments upon her graduation this summer. The final rate Vinnie was able to obtain gave my daughter more confidence in her ability to make the payments and her overall decision. Rich / Vinnie as I told you the other day, thank you!!!! Originally came to dealership to look at 2014 Dodge Grand Caravan to replace my old (2003) Dodge Caravan. Rich Miranda was the salesperson that I came in contact with. He was great. We negotiated a great price and purchased a Dodge Grand Caravan SXT 30th Anniversary edition. At time of delivery, Rich explained all features of the new vehicle to our satisfaction. More
I saw the vehicle I like with the price advertised online. I printed a summary of this vehicle and took it with me to my appointment with my salesman. After i test drove the vehicle, One salesman passed me off to another salesman who proceeded to tell me that "Their advertised price" was not available to me. I was going to have to pay an extra $1500 if I wanted this vehicle. I was given a lot of non sense as to why this was. I found that upsetting. This was a bait and switch. If they are going to advertise a price of a vehicle, They should honor it! To do otherwise is a very poor business practice. More

I went into the dealership with a clear picture of what I wanted. My husband and I sat down with Sherman, and were immediately treated like old friends instead of a prospective sale. We came back the next day to finalize the sale and everything went very smoothly; until I got hit, in my new car, while leaving the dealership! The amount of concern shown by all the staff was tremendous - thankfully it was only a minor accident. The body shop manager couldn't have been kinder in helping me with the insurance company and giving us a clear picture of what needed to be done. I'll be heading back there to have my Challenger repaired, and honestly, It will be nice to visit with everyone again. Best experience buying a car that I've ever had (minus the accident!) I would definitely recommend Elmwood Dodge. More

What can I say.I found this for the most part the same as the others.Vinny did di O a great job.I told him which finance company to go through and he did not try to push another on us.He explained clearly t the others.Vinny did di O a great job.I told him which finance company to go through and he did not try to push another on us.He explained clearly that if we add the lifetime warranty we would get a lower rate.Downfault is as far as we knew the loan was going to be under me and not my wife.We mainly dealt with R J for the sales rep.Hate to say he was like others.What I mean bye that is when we were talking about the price he gave us the ole were not making money on this.While we were in with vinny he was suppose to pull the car out so we could go for a drive.He was nowhere to be found when we finished with vinny.Come to find out he was on another test drive.Dennis sent me a form letter on 2/20.He asked how everything went and if I had any concerns please either call or e mail him.I emailed him that night with a small issue,at this moment I still haven't got a response.When we went to pickup the car there was a issue that R J and Mark watters did take care of More
