Satisfied Customer I was originally interested in purchasing a new Dodge Charger and left with a new Chrysler 200 based on James's recommendation. It was actually I was originally interested in purchasing a new Dodge Charger and left with a new Chrysler 200 based on James's recommendation. It was actually less expensive and a much better fit for what I needed for work. Unlike other dealerships I visited, James listened to what I wanted/needed rather than push for a sale. Thanks to James I have a car I love, with everything I needed, and fit my budget (Based on sites like truecar.com I got a very fair price). Once I left I noticed a slight rip in the backseat which they are replacing at no charge. I also got a screw in my tire within my first week of owning the car which they also repaired at no charge. I expected to pay for the tire repair since that wasn't their fault at all and never asked them to do it for no charge, but they did it anyway. Great experience buying the car and great service right out the gate. I will definitely be going back to purchase my next car and will recommend James and Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram to anyone looking for a new/used vehicle or service. More

I drove the car and liked it but I wasn't in a rush to buy. I had the privilege of meeting Sherman Jones and after looking at one more model I forgot why I was there. Sherman is so friendly and he never tried to get me to buy more than I was comfortable with. I was 100% relaxed and ENJOYED buying a car from him.This place is not your typical car dealership. They are a family business and treat employees and customers like family too. I did my homework on price, incentives, etc. and they worked really hard to make a deal with me and find additional incentives to get the price where I needed it to be. Best Experience Buying a car has always been a dreadful experience. You walk on the lot, feel like you are being attacked by a bunch of sales reps and it turns into y Buying a car has always been a dreadful experience. You walk on the lot, feel like you are being attacked by a bunch of sales reps and it turns into you vs them. Then if you do decide to purchase a car, you go into the dreadful office and feel uneasy with the finance person. That experience is the complete opposite of what I had at Elmwood. My sales rep Richard Miranda put me at ease the moment I met him. He actually listened to what I wanted and he made me feel like he was not just about getting the sale but actually cared that I walked away with what I was looking for. He was by far the best sales man that I have ever dealt with. After test driving one car, (I did my research before going), I decided to purchase the car. This is when I met Vinnie. I cannot say enough amazing things about him. He took over the great experience that I already had with Richard and continued to make me feel at ease. He was so helpful and at the end of the whole process, I ended up with my perfect car at the price that I could afford. I will not deal with another dealership again. Elmwood has a customer for life.
