While searching for my new Jeep Grand Cherokee, I interacted with several dealerships in the state of Rhode Island. Elmwood was recommended to me by a family friend and they could not have been any more correct on their recommendation. From my initial email interactions with James, to my walking through the door and finally out the door with my new vehicle, the entire experience was pleasant, professional, and fun! I worked with Nathan during negotiations and have to say he held his own. We worked together to come to an agreement on what we both wanted. I give him a lot of credit for hanging in there with me. Dennis was quite influential during the negotiation process as well. He heard me as a customer and did all that he could to seal the deal. Quite honestly, I am used to car dealerships being filled with trickery and other tactics that cause the car buying experience to be an unpleasant one. I never once felt that way during this experience. Victor assisted during the financial process, which can be a stressful time naturally. He made it quick and painless. Upon delivery of my vehicle, we encountered some minor paperwork details which Vincent assured me would be rectified in a timely manner and of course they were. When I returned to Elmwood to lease the second Jeep, I worked with Nathan Amaral. He was very friendly and made us feel comfortable from the moment we walked into the dealership. He showed us exactly what we were looking for and when I told him that we wanted some time to consider our options, I never felt any pressure. When I returned to the dealership to proceed with leasing the new car, Nathan was very attentive in addressing all of our questions and concerns. Even after we signed all the paperwork and picked up our new car, Nathan went above and beyond to ensure that we were happy with our new vehicle by making the arrangements for us to have the additional running boards we requested installed on our new vehicle. I decided to lease a 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited and I couldn't be happier. This is my first car that is in my name completely. Jay, the owner, was so accommodating and helpful, always making sure I was taken care of. Noel, my sales associate, was always available to me and answered all of my questions. The price and lease agreement was a great deal and reasonable for my needs. Everyone was so patient with me and made sure I understood everything and was comfortable. I could go on forever but Elmwood and all of its employees are great!! More

JUST A WAIS OF TIME! Purchased a used car (in cash) in Sept 3, '14 and it is now Jan 30, '15 and today I will pick up my call for the last time. Every service person says they will do something and tell yo0u they will call you to schedule and appointment. They never call to schedule and will you call the act as is you are bothering them. Know one know what the other is doing or has promised to be done. DO NOT TAKE YOU CAR TO THEM TO FIX IT. YOU HAVE BETTER ODDS FOR A DUMB OFF THE STREET TO FIX YOUR CAR FAST THEY ELMWOOD DODGE WILL. It took my car just a few day shy of 5 MONTHS to be fix and of course there is no compensation for all of my time lost. If there all stop horse playing and taking about who or what they did the nigh before perhaps the job could/would be done. Their only excuse for the length of time it took to repair was "Just a miscommunication among the staff. There was no miscommunication they they excepted my money then stabbed me in the back. Do not listen to a word they say. Take your car Bald Hill Dodge Chrysler that is where I am taking my car as soon as I pick it up. This was my first big purchase for a vehicle so I was unsure of the process and all the technical lingo that was being thrown around at different dealerships. Upon arriving at Elmwood on a Sunday afternoon, Sherman was nothing short of great in helping me understand everything there was about both the Jeep model and the leasing terms/prices. At no time along the process did I ever feel pressured to do anything I was uncomfortable with. When the vehicle I desired wasn't currently in stock, the dealership went out of their way to make sure that they had the make and model I wanted in the exact color within days. I can say enough positive things about my experience with Sherman as well as the entire staff at Elmwood I interacted with. Everyone had a positive attitude and made an effort to strike a conversation with you, even getting to know your name in a short time. Victor made the financial part of things very easy to understand and laid everything out for me so there were no questions, which I was more than happy with since I felt a bit overwhelmed by the end of things.
