I find it comical when you can contact Mike, and neither myself nor Mark (Mike is my employee). We have left numerous messages, and please be advised all of our calls are recorded and screened. Now speaking to you as a southern gentleman, I find your post completely fabricated and disrespectful. I ask that you contact myself or Mark for helping you through your situation. We also ask that you alter or removed you post (please you have every right to post how you feel about me as a person, but never fabricate our duties as employees.) or I will have to respond publicly with all factual data we have from every email and phone conversation made to you. Feel free to post any email that I have sent resquesting information, and any phone call or recorded message. As I stated in the inquiry from Monday, that my phone is broken, and I requested that I be contacted through email. I have emails as recent as yesterday, Mark contacted me through email this morning stating that he tried to contact me last night, in which I responded by email that my phone is broken, and I cannot dial out, but that he could call me right now. I didn't contact Mike directly, after failed attempts from you two, I went to the Dealers Website and sent an email from there to try and reach anyone I could. I find it comical that this was the only way to get a response when we never had this problem in the beginning

No One! Has informed us your phone is broken. We spoke the day your vehicle shipped, and sent pictures to you. We have a toll free number, and even Mike should have informed you of that. Either one of us (Mark or I) are always at the dealership darn near 24/7. What is the issuer your having with the registry?

On the emails that Mike Cronin responded to, It's a section that ask how would you prefer to be contacted, my preference was by email. I typed in the body section of that email that my phone was broken. My number is 404-353-8041. Mark Watters contacted me today by email, stating that he had a temp tag, but that he needed another signature from me. Also the change oil message is displayed.
