My loving husband has always taken care of buying new cars for the family, but I decided to be a "big girl" and go shopping for a Jeep alone. I knew I was in the right place with the warm reception I received from the sales representative, Al Torres that Wednesday morning. This was not an isolated incident; all the people I interacted with from the beginning to the end of the transaction, notably Ben (sales manager) and Vinny (business manager) were also very friendly, courteous and knowledgeable. With the helpful guidance of the team which showed genuine interests in meeting my needs, I was able to "breeze" through the new car purchase successfully. What a wonderful experience! Every time I have searched around here in my home state of Connecticut and no one has ever met the prices or the service that Elmwood dodge offers. I’m hoping they adhere to my suggestion of buy three get one free. Nathan and I spent quite a bit of time discussing the different models and options and he helped me decide what I wanted in a new vehicle. He also understood what I was willing to pay for different models. After that he worked with me and the sales manager to find a model on the lot with my preferred options and at a price that I was comfortable with. There were no contentious back and forth negotiations, just conversation. Nathan new all about the vehicle and answered all my questions. I have to admit a couple of my questions were a bit technical, but he got me the answers every time.
