Phenomenal experience, always. I have bought a 2013 Dodge Dart and a 2014 Jeep Compass through this dealership. Honorable I was coming out of a bad car experience. Eniezer was the best sales person a person could have. He wouldn't allow me to buy something unsuitable for my budget and needs. I never met a sales person with that much honesty and integrity. Not quite the typical car dealership We dealt with Marcio. This young man was nothing but pleasant and truly is a good person. Of this I have no doubt. However, since I was asked to leave a review several times, here it is. I went in knowing full well exactly what I would buy, a town and country minivan. I need no convincing of this, I know what I'm doing. In my opinion cars sell themselves today. We have the internet. If you can't use it and educate yourself, you deserve to be screwed I suppose.I also have an extremely good grasp on money and how it works. This van I bought outright with no trade in. A very straightforward transaction. My criticism is of car dealers in general. I am smart. I know what I'm talking about and what I am doing, and I feel I project this very well. Trying to play psychological games with me will only have one effect on me - making me not like you. Studies have shown that flattery works, even when the person KNOWS they are being flattered... well not for me. Agreeing with something I just said and trying to use nonsense affirmation to try and make me feel good about myself is ridiculous. Saying you 'work for me' when you are clearly not on my payroll is also ridiculous. I'm not sure why I as a contractor would feel like ( and be) a total xxxxxxx trying to employ these antics to try and drag every dollar I could out of my clients, while a car salesman has absolutely no qualms doing it. For some reason society has come to expect and accept it. Well I don't accept it. When I find myself dealing with someone who knows what they want (about 90% of the time) I love it. I give my price for what they want. If they don't like it they will find someone else. If they do not know what they want, I have no problem educating them in such a way as to make good decisions that will help them SAVE money, not shovel it into my pockets. Just yesterday I told a homeowner he DIDN'T need $1800 in work which someone else told him he did. I forsook an easy $1000 profit knowing full well from our initial conversation that I was guaranteed the job. I do this literally dozens of times a year. And THIS is the way to build an unshakable reputation. Till car dealerships can start acting in a COMPLETELY upstanding way, I see no reason to treat them to fluffy reviews. I just purchased a brand new $40000 work truck the week before. I called the dealer on the phone. I asked for their best price on the particular truck. He told me the price, which I knew was excellent. I walked in the next day and was out the door 30 minutes later. THAT'S how it's done. I did end up purchasing here. I feel I got a good enough price. It wouldn't be worth my time to scour around for days at other dealers to try and save another $400-$500 or something. Marcio was extremely friendly and genteel. Five stars for his simply great innate personality. More
