Best around for miles So I was in the market for a new 2016 Dodge Durango. And even though I purchased four vehicles from Elmwood dodge in the past. I decided to go to a lo So I was in the market for a new 2016 Dodge Durango. And even though I purchased four vehicles from Elmwood dodge in the past. I decided to go to a local dodge dealership first only because I live in West Hartford CT and Elmwood Dodge is located in Rhode Island which is close to a two hour ride. The staff at my local dealership (which will remain nameless) was not as friendly to start but the biggest reason why I decided not purchase my new vehicle there was that I could tell they were not worried about the customer but only the bottom line. I went in looking for the Rallye package and the Sales man continued to try and push the Citadel and R/T packages on me, which by the way are way more costly. I said thank you for your time and left. Once outside I called Dennis Freeman from Elmwood Dodge. I asked him about the Citadel and R/T package. (This is why I do business here) Dennis replied “Mr. Garcia while I would love to sell you a Citadel or R/T, from doing business with you in the past and knowing your family’s needs and a bit about your lifestyle, I can safely recommended the Rallye package for you”. I was dumbstruck as Dennis had no idea that’s the package I originally wanted. But it is this commitment to their customers and providing what we needed versus what best for the dealership that got me to jump in my car and drive two hours to purchase my new car. This extraordinary business experience didn’t stop there, once I arrived I was greeted by Richard Miranda who called out to me by name as if we were old friends. He assisted me in completing all the necessary paper work in a timely and very friendly but professional manner. I was then sent to the finance manager who in my previous experiences at other dealerships is for the most part one of the least friendly individuals. Not at Elmwood Dodge I worked with Noel Tavarez who once he was informed how far I drove did everything he could to expedite the process while providing me top tier quality service. The only way this dealership could possibly improve is by either buying out my local dodge dealership or moving closer. Besides that they never fail to provide exceptional service. I should have known better and went straight there once I knew I was looking for a car. I won’t make that mistake again. Thanks again Dennis, Richard and Noel. More

Easiest car buying experience Walking into any car dealership you always feel pressure. At first I was a little wearing, but I chose this dealership due to their low prices and the Walking into any car dealership you always feel pressure. At first I was a little wearing, but I chose this dealership due to their low prices and they seemed fair online. After a couple hours going over what I wanted, a test drive. and a little negotiating they made it happen and the next day I drove home with my 2015 Jeep Grand Cherokee that had everything I wanted in a vehicle and more. The best part was expecting a certain monthly payment and having Noel tell me he got it down to a much lower amount AND was able to get me my 5 year warranty. Impressive, and I am not easily impressed by much. I would come here again if I were able to start over. Thank you guys! More

Great experience! My reason for going to Elmwood was because I had just stopped in to look at some cars during my lunch break days before and I met Ryan. He was so nice and knowledgeable about the brand that I knew in the short period of time, on the lot that afternoon, I know I was going to come back. My husband and I went back that weekend and leased our first SUV! What an experience. Ryan was phenomenal. He answered every question with out hesitation and in great detail which settled all my concerns about leasing vs buying. He was just the nicest salesperson I ever came in contact with in all my car buying experiences. My husband and I left there not feeling cheated or unsure of our purchase. Every time I have ever brought a car (4 previous cars) I have always just felt taken advantage of in some way. Not with Ryan and not at Elmwood.
