He was professional from the first interaction and gave us the lay of the land and allowed us to peruse the inventory before coming to check on us (which I appreciated..not many do this!). We spoke about my budget, what I was looking for in a car etc. We test drove a Jeep Grand Cherokee Summit and Alan rode along and explained many of the cars features but also allowed us just to enjoy the drive. Throughout the process he was never pushy and it felt like I was talking to a friend instead of being sold a car. He worked with me from start to finish and made the entire process as simple as possible. I was very impressed with the extra time he took to research my car to explain to me some of the little details and features I didn't see. Even more impressive to me is that he stuck with me even after the purchase and is always just a phone call away when we need anything or have any questions. Elmwood is lucky to have Alan on their sales staff and I would recommend him to anyone! More

We left two hours later with the vehicle we wanted in our price range and everyone was happy. I have purchased vehicles from other dealerships and could never recommend them because at every turn they tried to upsell us on something else. I can't recommend Eniezer Rios any more, he is great. Brandon is a very good salesman, who really wanted to make sure i got the exact vehicle and options i wanted in the jeep. The sales manager who helped seal the deal was Ben Sciarcon. I felt both Brandon and Ben wanted to do everything possible to make a competitive deal. I certainly never felt rushed, and they are both willing to take the time to explain every detail you feel is important. I also had the pleasure of sitting down with the finance manager, Noel Tavarez. I sat across from a few finance mangers, when after you make a deal for a car, they try to up sell every kind of coverage under the moon, and make you feel bad when you don't take it. Not the case with Noel. He laid out the options, gave you his opinion in a very quick, straightforward manner. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new vehicle. More
