He was so nice and knowledgeable about the brand that I knew in the short period of time, on the lot that afternoon, I know I was going to come back. My husband and I went back that weekend and leased our first SUV! What an experience. Ryan was phenomenal. He answered every question with out hesitation and in great detail which settled all my concerns about leasing vs buying. He was just the nicest salesperson I ever came in contact with in all my car buying experiences. My husband and I left there not feeling cheated or unsure of our purchase. Every time I have ever brought a car (4 previous cars) I have always just felt taken advantage of in some way. Not with Ryan and not at Elmwood. He was even nice enough to come out to my home the next day and answer some of the new found questions we had with our new trucks features! Thank you so much for the great experience. Amazing car buying experience! I just recently bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I couldn't of had a better car buying experience. I walked into the dealership meeting Richi I just recently bought a 2016 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited and I couldn't of had a better car buying experience. I walked into the dealership meeting Richie Ruggiero Jr. He instantly made me feel comfortable and at home. He took me right outside to show me the Jeep I was interested in and explained every option that it offered as well as how it worked. I could tell right away how much he loves his job, how much he knew about the vehicle, and how great of a person he is. I cannot say enough about everyone involved in my transaction and how helpful everyone was to me. Dennis Freeman was informative and not pushy during the actual car buying process. We made the numbers work and I had myself a brand new Jeep that I now love driving. Noel Tavarez was amazing on the financial end and worked hard to get me the best rate. Even after I bought the Jeep the customer service has been 2nd to none with anything i've needed or questions. Richie has truly gone above and beyond. Loving my new truck I have been a customer of Elmwood's for several years. When it was time to find a new vehicle, I looked there first. I had received a call from Eniezer Rios asking if I was in the market, so when I went down to look at a few I saw online, I asked for him. He was very knowledgeable about both of the cars my wife and I were interested in. After a couple of test drives, we settled on a car and began the process. He was very helpful getting the deal done, and when I returned to take delivery, he was even more helpful as I wanted to have a few things taken care of. He was very friendly and courteous, and great to deal with. Overall, I am not an easy customer to deal with, Eniezer was very professional, and I am very happy with the car and the deal I got. The finance guy, Vinny, is also awesome to work with and will take good care of you, and I'm very pleased to have him wrap up all the paperwork. It all started as a dreaded trip to the dealership with an ad from their website, promising a certain vehicle for a certain price with so much down an It all started as a dreaded trip to the dealership with an ad from their website, promising a certain vehicle for a certain price with so much down and this rebate and that credit and most of you know the rest, even if you met all the criteria there would be some excuse as to why you couldn't have that vehicle for that price. Have I got a surprise for you, they were the total opposite. I was treated like a human being instead of a check book they were up front and honest, legitimately. My experiences each time keep getting better and better. This could be partially attributed to my no longer participating in the "game", so to speak, that a car buying experience can turn into. None the less, my experience at Elmwood was good. I went in knowing exactly what I wanted to look at, having reviewed two Jeeps online. Marcio was the sales rep that greeted me when I stepped foot onto the lot. It was a pretty straightforward transaction of indicating which Jeeps I was there to see, picking my top option, and taking it for a drive. The back and forth negotiations over price was limited. I knew what my trade was worth going in, and was offered within that range. Could I have potentially tried to get more for it? Sure. Was it worth playing the previously mention car buying "game" of squabbling for more? No. I was offered a fair value for my trade, and they moved their price on the Jeep a fair amount as well, in my opinion. The only negative I really have is that the listing indicated the Jeep also came with the "removable soft top", which turns out to have been an inaccuracy. Marcio was great. Friendly. Facilitated the sale as needed. Prepped the Jeep nicely while I was going through the finance process so I could limit the amount of time needed to transfer between the two vehicles. More
