My only suggestion would be to make sure that all information and requirements are communicated ahead of time. For example, if I had known I needed to be an insurance policy holder rather than a driver under someone else's policy, I could have been completing that task while I was waiting to speak with Finance. Luckily, I had set aside the entire day to find and buy my new vehicle so it wasn't too much of a hassle for me. Again, it was a very small setback to an otherwise easy and thorough process but it's definitely something to be aware of going forward. Being clear and concise is key! More

He welcomed me with a warm greeting and helped me through the whole process! He helped me to get the best price possible for my new car (2016 Dodge Charger)! Experience Made Easy From the initial interaction with Stephanie via e mail and the phone, she listened and understood exactly what I was looking for and at a cost point t From the initial interaction with Stephanie via e mail and the phone, she listened and understood exactly what I was looking for and at a cost point that I believed was fair based on my research. Before I even got to the dealership she worked with James to identify a Cherokee High Altitude package that met my requirements. Upon entering the dealership she greeted me and introduced me to a professional, kind, sales executive, Mr. Sherman Jones, that was nothing but honest, non pressuring and helpful. His main priority was to make me happy with my purchase and the process. Finally, it was time to meet with the finance manager, Noel. Again, no pressure to buy all the add on's but very helpful in finding the right warranty for my personal needs at a reasonable price. Overall the experience was the best I have had at a dealership.
