Greatest day ever! I told them what I wanted and Richard Miranda pulled up the exact vehicle. A beautiful 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee Limited. The test drive made me a little nervous as the performance of the Jeep made me think I was driving an 8 cyl when I wanted a 6 for better gas mileage. It was indeed a 6 cyl and wow, I was impressed. Dennis Freeman, the GM, put together the figures and after reviewing them I was satisfied as I had done some research before going in and was relieved how easy he made this for me. As far as the financing Noel Tavares, was fast and efficient. Two things I always buy are Environmental Protection and Gap Insurance, both were worked into my payment and I was happy with the outcome. As I completed my paperwork with Noel I could hear the laughter of another customer in Vinny Asermely's office. He is the finance director and his customers were obviously having the same great experience I was. Jay L'archevesque has an amazing team!
