Outstanding Sales Service My lease was due to be up in April 2017, the dealership that I secured the lease from contacted me about an early buy out and I responded. The dealer was supposed to find me another car however they never called or contacted me again. I received a post card from Elwood about an opportunity to end my lease early. I went to the dealership on November 1, 2016 met with Salesman Nathan Amaral we discussed a deal and on November 8, 2016 I drove away in my new leased vehicle. Nathan was always one step ahead with the paperwork already done and ready when we walked in to the dealership he made purchasing the new car a joy, something I never thought possible until now.
