Our 5th transaction with Elmwood was our last. Put down deposit on "in transit: vehicle and waited 6 weeks for it to arrive. I then get a phone call from Richard saying that the vehicle we have be Put down deposit on "in transit: vehicle and waited 6 weeks for it to arrive. I then get a phone call from Richard saying that the vehicle we have been waiting for was SOLD. How could that be? They tried to satisfy us with a leftover 2023 wrangler which was just like the 2020 Sahara we were trading in, not interested. They located a vehicle in CT that had the desired options we were looking for. That Wrangler never arrived to Elmwood (Unless they sold that one too) So now I have been reaching out to Richard trying to get my deposit back.... More
