Easy! Kept their word. Had 4 hellcats in showroom. Well, I called up elmwood dealership and reached Wayne. He walked outside for me and took 16 photos of a used ecodiesel that looked to be in great sha Well, I called up elmwood dealership and reached Wayne. He walked outside for me and took 16 photos of a used ecodiesel that looked to be in great shape. I wanted to compare online photos. So I had him do specifics. Details of seat, engine bay and most importantly undercarriage. It was very helpful. The deal was reached over the phone where we both felt comfortable with the price. Then I talked with vinny who does loans and all the deals with the banks. He came back at first with a poor interest rate. The deal was over. Then the next day he calls up and found a bank who was two points lower if I shortened the loan by a year. Deal! I have never gotten 2.89% on anything. Thanks for the extra work vinny. So I get picked up by Wayne and we walk into 4 hellcat chargers and challengers in the show room. I didn't know they gave that many to a dealership! That was a good sign for me. Left 15 minutes later after we went through the set up in the awesome ram. And I'm happy as can be with my first nice work truck. -mike More

Jason was very responsive to get back to me with the information that I was looking for. I decided to go into the dealership and as soon as I walked in I was helped and introduced to Jason. Then Jason paired me with a salesman by the name of Sherman. What a great guy. Personable, patient, informative and most importantly not pushy. He went above and beyond to put me in the vehicle that I was looking for. Noel and Benamino were also very helpful to help Sherman put the deal together. Great teamwork by everyone. It was such a great experience. And my fiancé ended up going to see Sherman and bought a truck from him 1 day after I picked up my Jeep. I will be sure to reccomend Elmwood to all my friends and family and anyone that is looking to buy a vehicle with no stress or pressure. More
