We were introduced to Richard Miranda and he was professional, friendly, kind, knowledgeable and a true gentleman. He sincerely listened to us regarding what we hoped to purchase and we felt that he really did care. He found us exactly what we were looking for and did his best to present us with a reasonable price. This man is a class act. Then we worked with Vincent Asermely for our financing. He is another over-the-top great guy who simplified what can be a stressful situation - the money part! He was reassuring, friendly and knowledgeable as well. He got in touch with our insurance agent and set us up so we could drive away in our new car that day. He called the next day to tell me that the car was all registered and ready to be inspected. We also met Benamino Sciarcon who had spent some time driving the car we purchased. He is another genuinely nice, personable man who took time to talk with us about the Jeep. Elmwood is a first rate operation with employees that caters to customers. This excellent experience was only 72 hours long - quick and simple for us.
