Easy to deal with. This is the 3rd Jeep I have bought from Elmwood. The salesman Wayne Bland, was extremely laid back, no pressure, and an overall nice guy to deal with This is the 3rd Jeep I have bought from Elmwood. He took care of the delivery a couple days later and was very helpful explaining the features which were new to me from my last Jeep. Vinny in finance was also easy and straightforward to deal with and was a big reason for my return visit. More

A long search comes to a end all thanks to Elmwood After car shopping for 4 straight days, I had been in around 5 different jeep cherokees at several different dealerships. Back and forth between buying and leasing, all the cars were starting to mesh together and I was ready for the process to be over but none of the dealerships I had been to made me feel confident and comfortable in what I was about to invest into. After seeing a solid inventory of Jeep Cherokees on the Elmwood website we decided to take a ride over, there our long journey finally came to a happy ending. This was MDW so the showroom was busy but we were attended to almost immediately where we were introduced to our salesman Eddie Sherman. Not once did I feel pressured or given the typical "salesmen gimmick"; Eddie listened to what we had been doing the last 4 days, what we were missing in our other experiences and what we were still looking for and nailed it with the Jeep Cherokee North. I couldn't be happier! Thanks Eddie and Elmwood! Also a special thanks to Vincent Asermely in management who stayed past close to finish filing our financing! Thank you all who finally brought our, what felt like never ending, search to an end! More

BEST CAR-BUYING EXPERIENCE IN 55 YEARS OF PURCHASING VEHICLE I RECENTLY LEASED A 2017 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE FROM ELMWOOD DODGE JEEP. MY SALESMAN WAS RICHARD MIRANDA, AND HE WAS EXCELLANT. I FELT THAT I RECEIVED T I RECENTLY LEASED A 2017 JEEP GRAND CHEROKEE FROM ELMWOOD DODGE JEEP. MY SALESMAN WAS RICHARD MIRANDA, AND HE WAS EXCELLANT. I FELT THAT I RECEIVED THE BEST POSSIBLE DEAL THAT I COULD HAVE GOTTEN. HE TOOK THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THE MANY FEATURES OF THE VEHICLE THAT I WAS UNFAMILIAR WITH. Owning jeeps for years, and though very satisfied, I wanted to try something different. I went to several other dealerships, and as much as I had decided on a Cadillac with another dealer, the impeccable service from the staff was what ultimately convinced me to discard my original choice, and remain with Elmwood Dodge. I cannot see myself ever going somewhere else to buy a car. More
