I walked in without an appointment, test drove a Jeep right away, made a deal and drove off the lot with it the same day. Recently, I was in the market for a new charger, but didn't find the exact one that I wanted on the lot. Because I was so impressed with their personalized serviced, I was NOT going to lease a car from another dealer. Rich Miranda found the exact car I wanted at another dealership and immediately sent someone to go pick it up. That was yesterday, and today I am driving that car and once again, can't be happier with the service. I hate the typical back and forth and broken promises from other dealers. Elmwood is so easy to deal with and they get things done right away and make the entire buying/leasing experience painless.
