My wife and I were looking at a used SUV this past week and had never been to Elmwood before. We met with Damien who showed us the car and took us for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, even though it wasn't a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge product. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and did an excellent job negotiating the price for us. Damien was never aggressive in his sales approach or demeanor and never tried to put me in a vehicle that was less than I wanted or in a price range I couldn't afford.
