My wife and I were looking at a used SUV this past week and had never been to Elmwood before. We met with Damien who showed us the car and took us for a test drive. He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle, even though it wasn't a Chrysler/Jeep/Dodge product. He answered all of our questions thoroughly and did an excellent job negotiating the price for us. He didn't pressure us into any decisions, and was kind and courteous throughout the process. Overall, we had a very pleasant experience and would highly recommend Damien and Elmwood! More

Damien was never aggressive in his sales approach or demeanor and never tried to put me in a vehicle that was less than I wanted or in a price range I couldn't afford. Damien personifies exactly what a customer wants to experience at a car dealership when looking for a vehicle. I could not be more satisfied with the vehicle I purchased, but most importantly with the customer service I experienced at Elmwood Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram dealership. I sincerely feel that Damien went above and beyond what I had expected. By Dennis working the numbers several times he also helped greatly to make this deal possible. He understood my financial needs and met them to secure the sale. As for Noel, again it was a very pleasant experience. Each visit was extremely enjoyable and even though it took me a few visits and a few test drives Richard Miranda was just as happy each visit and each test drive as I sorted my specific needs and requirements. I ended up with the 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee Altitude white exterior, black interior and a sunroof. Although this specific vehicle was not on the lot the day of my decision Richard and the crew worked diligently to locate and deliver me my perfect vehicle. Thank you guys now my wife wants one.
