While of course, they are interested in your business, there were no high-pressure tactics, the entire experience was comfortable, very friendly and personable. They offered us a great deal on our trade, to help us "get over the hump" of our decision process, and I am now a very happy owner of a beautiful new Sahara Unlimited (my first Jeep and my first US made car in about 20 years).
