Excellent Buying Experience I was in the market for used SUV. Moving on from my Explorer and was looking at the Audi q5, Cadillac SRX, Lincoln MKX and the Grand Cherokee. After I was in the market for used SUV. Moving on from my Explorer and was looking at the Audi q5, Cadillac SRX, Lincoln MKX and the Grand Cherokee. After driving all of them decided the Grand Cherokee was the one I wanted. Now to find the right one with the right features. Went to a couple dealerships before Roesch. Walked into Roesch Jeep in Elmhurst and was greeted by Vesko Vankov. I was hoping for a good experience like so many reviewers reported on this and other sites. I was not disappointed! Vesko was very knowledgeable not only about the Grand Cherokee, but cars in general. Knowing all the features that were important to me he suggested the Grand Cherokee Overland model. After test driving it, I knew this was what I wanted. Vesko and Jason made the buying process simple and straight forward. Came in the next day to pick it up and financed a portion. Had the same positive experience with Kevin in finance. I will be recommending Vesko to my friends and family when the need for a car comes up for them. More

I have had my existing 2000 Jeep for 14 years, so there were a lot of changes when I sat in this 2015 model. My salesperson, Vesko Vankov was able to explain all the new electronics to me and answered all my questions, without any pressure to buy. I did decide to buy it, but wanted the Navigation package added, so I needed to come back a couple days later (it was late Friday when we closed the deal.) Vesko also wanted to make sure it was gassed and clean when I picked it up. I was expecting a quick wipe down, but when I got in it, this baby was clean.....I mean, really clean! To me, this says a lot about a company that takes pride in what they sell, and appreciates their customers. I'm glad I decided to make the trip to Larry Roesch. More
