The sales staff are all friendly and knowledgeable. This was especially true during this Jeep Cherokee buying experience with Sean Wood. His helpfulness in getting me the right Jeep was very reassuring. He knew about the vehicles that he was selling and explained details about their features, in the showroom and during the test drive. We were able to work through the numbers of the deal with ease between Sean and his manager. I have also enjoyed his followup phone calls to ask if I have any questions or concerns about my new Cherokee. His kindness during this buying experience has been most appreciated. I was able to pick up the exact car I wanted last night and it has been driving like a dream. Louie was honest, communicative, and supportive throughout the entire process and was able to make a deal that I was comfortable with without pushing me or making me stretch my limits. Louie worked with manager Karl to finalize the deal and it was a simple and easy process. I loved not being continuously being sold additional products throughout the process (offers were made when appropriate) and the final details in the Finance Office matched what we had discussed. I also went down to the Service Department and bought some all-weather mats and the staff down there, from the welcome, parts rep, and cashier were very nice and welcoming.
