Excellent service dept - recall appointment I love our local Roesh dealer's service department. They have attentive employees who greet you and quickly process my vehicles' recall work. At this recent appointment, one employee went above and beyond. My Pacifica was finished with it's recall work, and parked outside the garage. I walked out to get inside, and noticed that it hadn't gotten washed. (not a big deal. I was going to leave and not worry about.) But at that same moment, another service technician was pulling another vehicle in behind me. I asked him if it was possible to get my van washed. He said "sure thing!" and drove it through the car wash. Super nice guy and I think he said his name was Dan. He didn't have to do that. He could have gone and found the guy who worked on my van. But he took the initiative to make sure I was fully satisfied with my experience at Roesh!! Drop-off, quick service and friendly service reps make this shop a welcoming place.
