Damaged Vehicle I purchased my 2013 Ram 1500 from this dealership, and continued to use this dealer for service. I also used this dealer for the service of my 2016 R I purchased my 2013 Ram 1500 from this dealership, and continued to use this dealer for service. I also used this dealer for the service of my 2016 Ram 1500 which replaced the 2013. When this dealer backed my 2016 truck into a wall, and damaged the bumper & tailgate, that was the final straw for me. Over the course of four years the dealer I had a few issues with the service department. On my 2013, the service tech sat in my drivers seat with a screwdriver in his pocket and put a hole in the seat. The dealership had to replace the seat cover. When I was in for an oil change the service technician got in my truck without cleaning off...my interior was covered in oil. The dealership had to degrease the interior. I was having my mirror repaired for the third time when the technician scratched the rear leather seat of my truck when he put the door panel in the back seat...not fixed. Then I was in for a repair (probably the mirror) and the tech's foot supposedly slipped off the brake and he backed into the wall. The dealership gave me a loaner for two weeks while they repaired it. When I went to pick up the truck, the paint job to the tailgate was hazy and dull. The truck had to go back to the body shop for a day or two because they did such a horrible job of buffing the new paint job. Since that issue, I have been back only one time because I still had a free oil change on my account...I now go to a dealer that cares more about my vehicle, or at least hasn't trashed it (or my wife's Jeep). More

I am still waiting for a response from this dealership on issues with a used car that I purchased DO NOT BUY YOUR CARS FROM LARRY ROESCH DEALERSHIPS. I am still waiting for a response from this dealership on issues with a used car that I purchased from them on August 21st. I was told that the vehicle went thru a 180 point inspection like all of their used vehicle do. Since I have purchased the vehicle it has needed the headlight's re alligned since the car had some work done on the hood and bumper, areas were over sprayed and car was not clean when they sprayed the hood, etc. which was not disclosed during the purchase, and needed wheel alignment and the tires that were left on there were cupped and needed all new tires. Vehicle only had 26k miles on it. They told me a week ago that they would let me know what they would do about this but have yet to hear back from them. Carl, Anthony, and Jake were involved, still waiting. Last I was told was to send them all the information I had pertaining to this and they would talk to service, I did so but still nothing back from Carl whom mentioned he was the only manager there that could issue a credit but he was going into the hospital and no one else could assist with this matter. Very displeased with the services. Please be aware that they are selling damaged cars and not willing to make things right. More

I contacted about six dealers trying to find a truck that would pull my camper, ha Roesch Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram is a great place to do business. I contacted about six dealers trying to find a truck that would pull my camper, haul grandkids and dogs, but I did not want or need lots of bells and whistles. Roesch CDJR is the only dealer that immediately sent me info on that type of truck. They worked with me to make sure that the specs were right for what I needed and then kept working with me when he specs didn’t work. There was no pressure. I highly recommend Roesch CDJR.
