Love my lease I traded in my older avalanche to get into a new truck. I leased a 2019 Silverado with a 4 cyl turbo motor. I never thought I would like a smaller mot I traded in my older avalanche to get into a new truck. I leased a 2019 Silverado with a 4 cyl turbo motor. I never thought I would like a smaller motor in a full size truck but I am more than impressed. I get 24mpg on the highway and it only cost $50 to fill the tank from empty. Randy Marsh was great through out the whole process. No complaints here. More
DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE I purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty from them about 6 months ago and I have had nothing but problems with it. My oil pan has been leaking since I got it, I purchased a 2011 Jeep Liberty from them about 6 months ago and I have had nothing but problems with it. My oil pan has been leaking since I got it, my head gasket is now blown and has cost me hundreds and hundreds of dollars. When I tried to contact elm Chevy about my bad experience they basically told me to go xxxx myself. When purchasing this vehicle I had nothing but a great experience but the second they got my money and I drove away they didn’t care. I would not recommend elm Chevy to anyone unless you want to buy a piece of xxxx. More
Horrible experience. Ran my credit & never helped me!!! I arrived at the dealership after inquiring about a new Chevrolet Malibu online & setting up an appointment through Customer Experience Team. I spoke I arrived at the dealership after inquiring about a new Chevrolet Malibu online & setting up an appointment through Customer Experience Team. I spoke with salesman Jeff Kirkwood who obtained all of my personal & income related information & ran my credit. He then told me he needed to contact some banks & would call me that evening as he was in until 7 p.m. Nothing. I spoke with Customer Service the following afternoon & several times throughout the next week & was advised I was "in good hands with Jeff" and was promised a return call. Again nothing. At this time I emailed General Manager Chris Silvers & my email was completely ignored. Throughout the following week I contacted Customer Service several more times with no resonse received. Two weeks have passed now...Finally called Jeff Kirkwood directly again, who didn't even know who I was! He stated that my infirmation was "deleted by mistake" from computer. (My credit was run 3 times and yet it was deleted?) Gave him information again & was advised he would call right back. Three days ago and still NOTHING!!! My credit has been run through 7 different banks/companies & my credit score has dropped due to multiple inquiries and this salesman/dealership has done NOTHING to help me!!! Through this entire horrible experience I was never once given the option to even test drive either the vehicle I initially inquired about or any other possibly more affordable vehicle!!! Don't go to this dealership unless you can pay cash for a vehicle or you have a 750+ credit score! This dealership heavily advertises that they treat every customer with respect. How laughable! They hurt my credit even further & gave me empty promises. Period. More

Got on the phone called the salesman tells me to bring it in they will fix it.Well turns out I owned the car literally 50 minutes and the refuse to pay for the repairs.They tell me 600 bucks from me and they will fix it not happening!!!. Salesman opens it I try to close it it breaks basically told tough crap.I was told by 4 people I work with not to deal with them should have listened no future purchase for me or my family and I’ll be sure to let everyone I can to go somewhere else.NOT HAPPY!!!! More

Horrible Service Bought a used Chevy from this place 2 months ago. The day we bought we noticed the DVD/Navagation system was not working correctly. Called them right away and they said they would cover the cost to get it fixed completely. 2 months later, multiple unreturned phone calls we take it to be fixed. Not only was it not fixed, it is even more broken then before. Plus they are refusing to pay to fix the problem that we were told MULIPLE times by more then one person there they would cover completely. Add to that the warrantee they sold us can not be used in our area (we live over an hour away) even tho they insisted it could be. Not happy at all and will let everyone know that!! STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!! More

Randy was great to deal with. Professional, efficient, and his follow up was great. He beat the Simmons/Rockwell price for the same vehicle with less options by over $500. I would highly recommend Elm Chevrolet and their service department. I noticed my diesel p/u emitting dark exhaust smoke when starting the engine. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a failure in the fuel department. I noticed my diesel p/u emitting dark exhaust smoke when starting the engine. The problem was quickly diagnosed as a failure in the fuel injection system. The replacement parts were ordered and installed the same day they were recieved from the manufacturer. Not only do I have a great running vehicle but when it came time to pay the repair bill I was over-joyed to learn that a very large portion was covered under a special goodwill program authorized by GM. Lynne, Brian and Howard went over and above in understanding my problem and I would definately return to Elm Chevrolet. More
Absolutely terrible customer service, takes advantage of female buyers horribly. Everything changed when my husband got involved and it still was a horrible experience. Advertised vehicle to have features that it didn't, did not perform GM Certification per GM guidelines (cracks in windshield), vehicle was not inspected as described (PA Sticker and Emissions), mileage was over 1,000 miles off, gas tank not filled, wholesale bottom line price changed from what they gave me to a significantly lower price when my husband got involved. Brought the vehicle back the following week to have windshield fixed and inspections done, made sure to spell out everything (t chips in windshield, PA state sticker and emissions). Surprise, fixed one chip and only did the state inspection, no emmisions. Then they acted like they were doing me a favor by not charging me anything for the crappy service. Excuses galore, no compensation for any of the "misakes". I was patronized when i wrote to them and repeatedly complained. I ended up getting a decent price on an average used vehicle with no customer service after the sale sugar coated by a bunch of fake smiles. Maybe they take better care of local male buyers, but i am from 75 miles away and female. My husband warned me that this would happen and i tried to prove to him that i could take care of it. I was very wrong! More
