We have had our 2014 Dodge Challenger 3 weeks and we are loving it. We went in on a Saturday to test drive a Challenger and ended up ordering one. Everyone was so helpful. I called Mark on a Friday about a truck I saw on Auto-Trader, stopped on my way to Dallas on a Monday, had 30 minutes to spend before I had to get back on the road. I was able to agree on a deal (I Auto-Trader, stopped on my way to Dallas on a Monday, had 30 minutes to spend before I had to get back on the road. I was able to agree on a deal (I had a trade in) in that time frame. With a hand shake (nothing signed and nothing down) as I walked out the door we made the deal in 30 minutes. Mark and I worked on all the other information as I traveled to Dallas. Charlie got me a better finance rate than I could get with Red River. I still had not driven the Truck. I called Mark on Wednesday and gave him a list of items to check for me. I arrived back Friday afternoon around 2;30 and test drove the truck, Mark went over all the features with me and Charlie had all the paper work ready. I also bought the 36mo/36,000mi extended warranty. Pulled my 30ft 5th wheel for the 1st time yesterday, pulls like a dream. I didn't have running lights but I'm sure there is a fuse blow(I hope). Overall a good experience, I love the truck and hope it is as good as my old 7.3L. Gary Kirk More
