You mentioned how patient Jimmy Clark was, he is among the very best at working with people to help them determine what course of action is the best for them without being a high pressure salesman. In fact, we don't like high pressure sales and we don't operate that way. He also provides the most thorough and complete delivery of a vehicle as anyone. He does a great job of walking through every aspect of vehicle operation with you and shows you how every gizmo and gadget works. Ultimately, it was unfortunate that you had transmission issues, but we are very pleased that we were able to get you into a great vehicle and help you get your trip back on the road. While we do our best to make sure that we have a great selection of vehicles in stock, we can't always have them in stock--but if we don't have it, we can nearly always have it in 24-36 hours. Unfortunately, we hear it all too often, and while no one is perfect, we do absolutely everything that we can to make sure every experience you have with Elliott Ford Lincoln is an excellent one. As you stated, Mark, Charlie and Jason are extremely knowledgeable and do an excellent job to make sure that you get what you want and need as well as how everything works. These days, vehicles have a ton of very nice features, but unless someone shows you how to use them, they are useless. This is just one of the places where these guys really knock it out of the park.
