Overall experience was great, Brian was very personalable, answered all our questions, could not have been better. Usually purchasing a new vehicle becomes very stressful because of unanswered questions, delaying tactics, lack of accurate information, and so on. Imagine my surprise to find that working with Eliot Ford, and specifically, the sales consultant, Brent Loving, to buy my new Ford F-150 was such a breeze. No nonsense. Answers to my questions. Compromise on sticking points when necessary. Follow up calls to keep me informed on the progress of some of requested upgrades (leather upholstery, step shelf, etc.) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Eliot to my friends. And, I would recommend that they work with Mr. Loving, in particular.
